NDIS Specialist Behaviour Support

We deliver practical, evidence-based assessments and strategies tailored to the individual needs, preferences, and goals of each participant. Our behaviour support practitioners focus on:

• reducing behaviours of concern
• strengthening relationships
• improving communication
• building everyday skills
• creating safe, supportive environments

Our Functional Behaviour Assessment Reports and Behaviour Support Plans are person-centred and designed in collaboration with participants, families, and support teams.

Funding: Available through the Improved Relationships line items in your NDIS plan.

Psychology

Our psychologists provide individual therapy that supports mental health, wellbeing, and resilience. We work with children, young people, and adults using neuro-affirming and trauma-informed approaches, helping participants to:

• manage anxiety, depression, and trauma
• build coping and emotional regulation skills
• strengthen relationships
• navigate life transitions with confidence

Funding: Available through the Improved Daily Living line items in your NDIS plan.

Clinical Supervision (PBS & Psychology)

We provide professional supervision for Behaviour Support Practitioners and Psychologists. Our supervision is:

• reflective and strengths-based
• designed to build clinical confidence and support ethical decision-making
• aligned with the NDIS PBS Capability Framework and the Psychology Board of Australia’s Professional Competencies and Code of Conduct

Funding: Supervision is invoiced directly to you or your organisation.
